DIRECT INVESTMENT

While I primarily work as a commercial broker, I am also a real estate investor myself. I am actively seeking additional investments in the area and have several associates that are interested in investing alongside me. I have strong relationships with local lending institutions that are eager to lend to me and my partners.

7-11 Church Street

In 2015, I purchased the property located at 7-11 Church Street together with a business partner. In 2020 I bought my partner out, so I now have full ownership of the property. Several new commercial tenants have opened in the building recently, including Bean’s Cat Café, Stellar Yoga, and a boutique tattoo studio.

North Ohioville Road

In 2019 I purchased 60 acres on North Ohioville Road in New Paltz with an investment partner. The vacant land is zoned light industrial and we are in the process of getting approvals for a 30,000 square foot flex building on the site. The spaces can be leased in 5,000 square foot increments, with very high ceilings, ample parking, and roll-up doors along a rear loading area. We hope to lease the space to local contractors, artists, light manufacturing, light distribution, wholesalers, and the like.
