I do a lot of commercial leasing in and around New Paltz, helping landlords find tenants for their commercial spaces. Because of these landlord connections, I can help tenants find space as well. Serving as a commercial leasing broker is a great way to establish relationships with both landlords and local businesses, and there is no better way to keep your finger on the pulse of the local market.
