Traveled the world with my wife Maya for a year, and moved to New Paltz.
Freelance marketing writer and consultant for CBRE in New York City. I drafted offering books for more than 100 transactions, with a total value in excess of $30 billion.
Executive vice-president with JLL’s Capital Markets Group in New York City. My primary responsibility was the conceptualization of the team’s marketing strategies and the drafting of supporting offering and pitch materials. I was a partner in the group for the last three years of my tenure.
New Paltz Properties, a licensed real estate broker. What started as a sideline is now my primary business, with my regional network and market share continuing to grow. I really love the business, and am thankful to all who have helped make it a success. New Paltz Properties is a member of the Ulster County Board of Realtors, the Ulster County MLS, and the New York State Commercial Association of Realtors (NYSCAR). I currently serve as Treasurer of the Hudson Valley chapter of NYSCAR, which provides outstanding access to regional investors and lenders.

I have lived in New Paltz for 21 years, and am very active in the local community, including the New Paltz Rotary Club, for which I have served as both Club President and Assistant Governor for our district. I also serve on the SUNY New Paltz Business Advisory Council, and am working with the Mayor other volunteers to get a skate park built in the Village of New Paltz. I have a great network of personal and professional contacts in the Hudson Valley, particularly among real estate brokers, bankers, attorneys, and government officials.
My experience, both here and in New York City, has given me exposure to a variety of asset classes, including multifamily, restaurants, hotels, college rentals, office, retail, light industrial, and development sites. I’m familiar with a variety of transaction structures, including fee ownership, long-term leases, partial interest sales, and owner-financing strategies. I love to get creative with deals, and I enjoy finding ways to overcome the challenges that inevitably arise, in service of my clients.
